I have 15 years' experience creating and delivering the builds and systems behind some the UK's most innovative and exciting creative projects.Combining event operations, production expertise and a love of technology, I deliver the projects that makes large-scale experiences work. Project delivery, change management, and large-scale operations - the less glamorous machinery behind the creative moments people remember.I've led delivery across 60,000-capacity greenfield festivals, international touring productions, and city events. Currently Lead UK Event & Operations Manager at Weezevent, where I manage a portfolio of major UK festival accounts including Boomtown, Lost Village, and Valley Fest.Before that I was Head of Ticketing at Boomtown, Production Lead for Arcadia Spectacular's international touring show across Burning Man, Miami, Australia, and Taiwan, and Event Manager at Tokyo World. Fifteen years of increasingly complex delivery, with PRINCE2 and NEBOSH along the way.Outside the day job, I produce community events for local authority and heritage partners in Somerset through Field Note Studio - smaller in scale, but shares the same belief: that well-designed public events create connection that lasts beyond the day itself. I founded Born Adventurers, a family festival, and Adventure Club, a charity getting children active and outdoors.I'm increasingly drawn to organisations with a mission and value our natural world, community & creativity.

Programme production for creative independent festivals, exciting creative brands, local authorities, cultural, and heritage partners. Designing and delivering events & activations that push creative boundaries and build community.
Large-Scale Operations at Public Events
End-to-end operational planning and delivery for festivals up to 80,000 capacity, city events, and international touring productions. An expert on operational event technology including ticketing, access control and onsite payment systems.
Strategic Account Leadership & Commercial Growth
Client management across major festival accounts, local authorities, and heritage organisations, plus local community engagement. Large event industry network, and commercial proposal development with long-term account growth.
Event Technology Systems
RFID infrastructure, cashless payment systems, access control, and ticketing strategy at scale. Implementation, configuration, and onsite delivery across 20+ major UK events annually.
Team Leadership & Training
Leading and developing teams, including cross-departmental knowledge transfer. Mentoring junior staff in technical and operational delivery.
